He was not always a keen business man. He dropped out of high school and aimlessly wandered around the globe, paying his way by doing manual labor when he could find it. He did this for near a decade before he realized that he wanted more out of life and a little bit of security. He was also finding it hard to keep finding labor jobs to pay the bills.

He settled on a career in sales and tried to mimic the actions of the other great salesmen. By learning their advice and tricks, he was able to rise quickly in the company and discover a talent he never knew he had. He was vice president of the company in two short years.

The site revolves around his three virtues which one needs to be successful in business: prudence, justice, and benevolence. He wants you to make yourself a superior person all around.

All of his posts ask you to practice and give a suggestions for how to do so. It is important that you do not just have the right mind set but also put your mind set into deed. His suggestions will reinforce his tips by making them a part of your daily life. It will allow you to see how they really work and will allow them to become habit to you.
