At some point in your career you will be forced to ask yourself that question and you will need to be honest.
Am I simply playing with my opportunity, am I showing up only on occasion, am I only talking to people about my opportunity from time to time, do I simply just enjoy the social side of the business, am I a professional conference attendee and have I told myself that I will give it a try and see how it goes?
OR
Have I really crossed the line. Have I become as solid as a rock, as unwavering as an oak tree, am I going to make this happen regardless of what gets in my way. Am I going all the way with this opportunity and has the decision that there is no turning back been taken?
The difference in these two examples is obvious.
If you relate more with the first example, it is time to do some soul searching because that is the mentality of someone treating their business like a hobby
You are simply playing around. And that by the way is fine if you are enjoying yourself and really do not have the desire to create a six or seven figure income and the time freedom that comes with it.
But is the 2nd person is the way your mind set is in regards to building your business, then you are going to make it.
Your head is right in the sense that you recognize that success in any type of business takes that mentality and your network marketing business is no different.
There are rules that govern our world, when it comes to success one of the big ones seems to be that before we can have success we are tested to see if we are truly worthy of it.
And believe me you will be tested. You will have to prove yourself worthy of the lifestyle that this industry can provide you with. You will have to show the universe that you are not turning back and that it might as well stop fighting you and let you through.
If you keep pushing against this test, if you show the universe you are not giving up, it will cave in and go bother a less committed person.
This is the main difference when it comes to what a non-serious person does compared to one who will make it.
Someone playing around is not on a regular order of the company’s tools. They order them every once in a while and hand them out here and there. Their goal is to eventually share their business with 2 people each day.
I have a news flash for you. The 2 prospects a day mindset is still for people who are playing with their business. 2 a day is still being lazy.
There is no way you can create enough activity within your business prospecting 2 a day to create a six figure income.
It is more like “2 a day Keeps The J-O-B Here To Stay”!
Get it in your head that success is very possible in this business, but it will require serious action for about 5 years of your life.
