What is exactly going on here? There were over 11,000 signups in just a few days. What makes AutoXTen so great and what is the catch if if there is one? How can a single investment of only $10 literally turn into thousands? Is this really possible? Let take a closer look.

My main objective is to give you all the details like, how much does it cost to join, how exactly does the AutoXten compensation plan work, so that you’ll have all the facts you need to make the decision if you want to join or not.

How You Get Paid

First, AutoXTen is in their pre-launch stage, when you join right now you do lock in your position ahead of the thousands of others that will be joining, but you do not pay now. You won’t have pay until the systems are all up and running when the company launches.

In the event you join right now your are instantly enrolled in the four by four matrix and you’ll have four empty positions to begin with. When a new person is placed in that first position you earn $10. Sooo… by the time the company launches and everyone submits their payment, those positions beneath you should already be filled and you should make your investment of $10 back and could possibly earn hundreds or even thousands on the very day you pay for your position simply because you locked in your position.

By means of joining you begin your 4 by 4 matrix. Which means that there are 4 positions on your first row. When the first position is filled you get $10. The next to position gets you $20 which puts you on tier number two and the last one will pay the company for the products. So how do all those 4 spots get filled? By people you personally sponsor or they could get filled by spillover from the system. After I first started the first 4 people I enrolled filled my first row. Everyone else that I sponsor after that will “Spillover” to fill the first row of someone on my team. That very same incredible concept works on every level of the matrix. This is the way you can actually fill your matrix and get paid commissions without ever sponsoring anyone.

Matching Bonuses

This is gone to knock your socks off, for a investment fee just AutoXTen also has matching bonuses system. The amazing matching bonuses pay out is 50% of the work your team does to you and to your sponsor. To illistrate, when a person you personally sponsored earns $1000, you’ll earn $500 (and your sponsor will earn $500). I think that’s pretty cool!

think paying a $10 fee for a chance at thousands and thousands of dollars is a really great deal, don’t you.

To Your Success,

Signing up with a new direct marketing company can be an alluring opportunity for both new and veteran direct marketers. We’ve all heard amazing stories of individuals who “got in on the ground floor” with companies that are now household names. Those tales unsurprisingly start with, “And they got in at the beginning…” and end with, “…and now they’re incredibly wealthy.”

Certainly, the stories of multi level marketing stand-outs who got into multi level marketing companies like NuSkin, Amway, Herbalife, and Shaklee in the early days and who are now incredibly wealthy inspire and spur on persons just starting out in the industry. Nevertheless is getting in with a start-up all it’s cracked up to be?

The Numbers Are Not In Your Favor With New Multi level marketing Organizations

Let’s examine at the industry data, shall we? Many network marketing professionals estimate that 9 out of 10 new network marketing companies fold within the first two years. As author and long-time industry coach Rod Nichols claims in his book, Successful Network Marketing for the 21st Century:

“This means that if you choose a company that is under two years old, you only have a ten percent chance of success.”

When you examine the possibility of getting involved with an MLM start up from that point of view, it surely makes it much less attractive, doesn’t it? But, there are also other hazards associated with signing up with new companies. Let’s consider a few to decide if joining a brand new network marketing company is really worth the hazards.

Pre-Launch Companies Often End Up With Immense Difficulties

One more seemingly appealing route to riches in direct selling is to join a company that is in pre-launch. “Pre-launch” is when a new company allows prospective distributors to pay to join before they are even selling their products or services. As Mr. Nichols says in his book, they do this to acquire resources for their official launch.

The problem with this is it highlights the reality that the company is under-funded to begin with. And, odds are that they will run out of cash flow at the most inopportune times; for example, when they are having their initial big growth surge and have to pay out substantial commission checks to distributors.

Weird Things Occur to Downlines in Pre-Launch…

Moreover, odd things can occur with downlines in the course of pre-launch. I have an acquaintance who got in during pre-launch with a certain new company that shall stay anonymous. She put forth a tremendous effort to build up a downline before launch, despite the fact that all her sign-ups were only on paper.

As it so happened, she hooked a “big fish” by getting a highly successful and knowledgeable network marketer into her downline. This person had a track record of growing big downlines, so my acquaintance was sure she would be set when the company launched.

Sadly, in order to make the opportunity more appealing to Mr. Big Fish, her upline leader decided to position him several levels over my friend in the company. To say the least, my friend was devastated, and converted to a different new MLM that has since gone out of business. And to my knowledge, she has almost certainly left the industry, perhaps for good.

So Is Joining A New Company Worth The Risk?

Is it really worth it to join a new Network marketing business? For me, the answer is a certain “no”. My recommendation is to research any new direct selling company scrupulously before joining. Examine at their leadership, ask about their financial backing, scrutinize the products, and then weigh the disadvantages cautiously. There’s no sense playing the new multi level marketing company lottery, unless you are totally convinced you are holding the winning ticket.
