Good for you for researching Dani Johnson… She is an absolute rock star in the network marketing industry and if you are in need of learning the skills required to recruit distributors into your downline from the cold market, nobody is better then Dani to teach you how.

I personally used alot of her strategies to recruit large numbers of new distributors into my downline and there is no doubt it is part of the reason I became so successful.

Once you start studying her material you will quickly come to realize what an awesome leader she is and how dedicated she is to helping business builders become a success.

As a young girl, she achieved massive success in her Network Marketing company. And the main reason for her success was her ability to cold call leads… something I personally do not any longer do and would never do again… not my style!

At a very young age she learnt the skills required to become successful talking to mlm leads on the phone and as a result was able to build a very successful business and even after seeing it fall apart was able to go on and do it again.

After building two separate downlines, she started training other networkers. Primarily by allowing anyone from any company or downline to attend her “First Steps To Success” trainings she put on for her own team.

Dani Johnson’s methods are primarily centered around teaching people how to market to the cold market. As I already stated she focuses primarily on showing people how to buy mlm leads and call them using techniques that in my opinion for this method of marketing your business are the best.

The only other really valid option as far as a trainer goes for this method would be Doug Firebaugh, but Dani in my opinion is better.

Surprisingly she does throw some local market training into her audio’s… and it is good… but for the most part you will benifit from her cold marketing strategies.

Until I figured out how to use the Internet to generate my own leads, and teach my team how to do the same using Attraction Marketing principles I definitely used and recommended Dani’s material.

In the end though, calling 30 plus cold leads a day was not for me… and I am glad I found a much more enjoyable way to build the business. Although Cold calling leads will work… it is a skill and something only a very select few people can do.

Having said that… if you are one of those people who love to build a business over the phone and do not mind calling strangers who are not expecting to hear from you… Dani is the person you want to learn from… nobody is better suited to show you the skills required to be successful in that area.

Of all of her courses… her script book and audio is the one you should start with… it is her best.

Definitely take the time to study Dani Johnson, BUT and this is a big but… before you buy your first lead look into the new way of using the Internet to build a downline… I promise you that you will find it much more enjoyable and profitable.

Building huge followings on social networks such as Twitter, and Facebook can result in your online marketing communications reaching the masses faster than any other form of marketing. Twitter allows you to have a relatively unlimited number of followers, whilst Facebook allows five thousand per account, but the power to build a massive and targeted following on both makes them both highly beneficial as marketing tools. More importantly it means viral marketing online has become accessible to all, regardless of technical ability or budget.

Unfortunately, the ever presence of marketing “robots” on the main networks, and by robots I mean people who constantly scream “buy, buy, buy” puts a greater emphasis on the need for you to set yourself apart and offer value through your communication. This is easily done through building meaningful relationships in order to profit in the long run. The clue here is in the title “online social networks”.

Platforms, like Facebook for example, were conceived to deliver the ability for people to connect with others anywhere in the world on a social level. Therefore, the need to focus on helping, listening, getting to know, and marketing to friends and followers through indirect and ‘out of the box’ methods is extremely important.

The term “online community” should never be overlooked through your marketing efforts. As within any community, online or off-line, you get back what you put in. So, be sure to make useful and interesting comments on peoples’ posts, network, answer questions, and in the case of twitter Re-Tweet users useful information. It is these social elements that will build your following and make your social marketing efforts a success.

Undoubtedly, these networks are becoming the number one method for online marketing communication and driving traffic, but as marketers, we need to be sure we don’t abuse the very nature of why they were originally created. Just be sure you’re targeted with the people you add/follow, and on the flip side, careful not to fall into the socialite trap, thus wasting time. Placing relationship building at the core of your social networking efforts will mean more profits and a better marketing status in the long run.

The type and choice of your online marketing strategy can ultimately lead to the failure and downfall of your business. Any overall marketing plan should therefore be made up of only one or two methods to begin with in order to market your products, your services or yourself effectively.

Avoiding spreading yourself to thinly means that you will not become a “jack of all trades and a master of none”.

Not avoiding this will mean that you won’t be able to get deep enough into a single method due to you not having the time to trial and error your methods properly and perfect any single strategy. By focusing on just one or two for a certain time period and then really honing your skills to expert levels by perfecting it and reducing the time it takes to implement, all whilst still achieving the same if not better results, is a much more productive way of achieving marketing success.

You will then achieve more sales traffic and/or opt-ins because you’ve devoted enough time to really focus on what’s working; and more importantly identifying what isn’t and eliminating it. If you’re trying to “spread yourself to thin” the process of development and adaptation becomes hard and frustrating; as you don’t actually have a clear idea of what’s working.

Often, very trivial things like a word or statement you may be using, or the time you sent out your messages can result in the success or failure of a strategy. Hence why focusing on one or two marketing methods, before implementing more strategies, is so important.

Once perfected, you’re then able to call yourself an expert in that marketing strategy or method, whether it be social web 2.0, viral marketing, social networking, PPC or Ezine advertising. You’re now an expert at that method, and have put yourself in a position to show others exactly what to do. Whether that be through product creation, coaching or direct consultation you now have an authority status based on your own personal results.

It’s so simple it can often be un-believable, but this fact is exactly what dooms so many online marketers to failure. And, before carrying out any strategy completing a certain amount of research into the demographics of you ideal customer and the sites they visit will also help. This will definitely help your online marketing strategies and will almost double you chance of success in the future.

At first, any multi-level or network marketing venture might be anathema to introverted men and women. Of course, until recently this business had been considered to be about pushing family members along with close friends towards a doubtful system involving promotion of questionable and sometimes non-existent merchandise. But that unfavorable attitude toward network marketing has been replaced by an acknowledgement of its legitimacy and limitless earnings potential, and the traits which caused it to be unappealing to introverts really are problems in the past.

Today, the introvert internet marketer can employ the world wide web to locate and find additional affiliates from the many people searching for their very own businesses. Instead of cold calling or irritating their friends, newer internet marketers possess a multitude of alternatives to the challenge of discovering interested people to contact and recruit. Thousands of packages are available to assist network marketers regardless of whether they are newcomers or experienced web marketers.

After prospective partners have responded and shown their affinity for the business opportunity, introverts are able to use the ever-expanding graphics capabilities of e-mail to continue the on-line conversation and move the sale forward. As a result, entrepreneurs can spend time working on their own abilities as copywriters and not as much time attempting to perfect their telephone abilities and delivering presentations to large groups of prospects. Quite simply, in the present environment you don’t always have to be a born salesman to achieve success.

The availability of more complex items for sale through home businesses may also be positive for introverts. In the stereotypical multi-level enterprise in the past, the product being sold many times appeared to be incidental to the system and only a prop in building a downline. Any fast talker might bring people into the venture and prosper. The newest paradigm has the product as the main emphasis of the program and provides the serious professional an abundance of product or service benefits with which to entice other people to sign up for the team. This too plays into the greater utilization of much more graphic-rich e-mails being employed to promote products and programs today.

Does being successful still demand basic salesmanship skills? Certainly. But each person must use their own capabilities for their greatest benefit. However in today’s more developed network marketing business, people with much more introverted personalities may have more opportunities to use techniques which are more consistent with their own unique skill sets.

Being successful in internet marketing continues to take hard work and a superior business perception regardless of your own personality. That will most likely never change.

An SEO plan can yield huge dividends for any size company. SEO is a powerful methodology that helps organizations win new revenue via the internet. Major organizations pay out great fees to have their web pages optimized to bring in traffic and sales. Your organization can use the same processes to win sales as well utilizing Low Cost SEO strategies.

Google in particular requires a long waiting period to ensure that your organization is ‘for real’ and your site really is about the topic described by your keywords and title tags. Although nothing is certain about what goes on behind the Great Google Cloud of Mystery, it appears that Google grants favored placement to those sites that are well optimized and exhibit activity relevant to the site content for extended periods of time. In short, even if you do everything right and quickly get your site indexed; it may be several weeks if not months before you start appearing on the search results, especially for more competitive search terms.

Competing on Google requires patience! Webmasters and site owners also need to be careful of internet systems promising quick results rankings or guarantee top search engine placement. Remember that nothing takes the place of patient planning and deliberate execution.

Here is a quick outline of what Denver SEO has been successfully used to bring client websites and blogs into the Google rankings.

First Week – Begin and execute the ‘on page’ processes of keyword selection, content modification, title tag creation

Second Week – Set and begin the blogging plan (find well-ranked sites and blogs to comment on)

Week Three – Blog and continue to identify relevant blogs

Week Four – Article Marketing – construct and submit articles to various article submission sites

Week Five on – balance article and blog work to build links. Update site content weekly and blog content at least weekly

The strategy is in fact simple. However it does require a significant investment of time and effort. Some literary skill is also helpful in assembling useful and valuable article pieces. Using the web to attract potential buyers and traffic, one must set the objective to achieve these checkpoints as well as dedicate the necessary time in which to reach them.

Page Optimization can probably be executed in a couple of days. If a proprietor has the time to read up on the techniques of keyword selection and carefully compose the initial text and content using these keywords, a good foundation can be put in place. Keep in mind though that you’ll have to modify this content regularly anyway though, so don’t get particularly attached to a given set of text.

Blogging requires establishment of a weekly blog plan that includes composition of articles containing valuable content, but to manage and execute an outreach plan. The content will establish your site as a valuable tool or resource within your industry niche while the actual outreach plan attracts readers to your site.

Continuing to seek out relevant sites in week three expands the network of sites where links and comments are set. During this time, the search engines will be seeing links pointing back to your site so the search engines will begin to recognize your site for the content it contains.

Article Marketing is a very time-consuming task. Including back links within the body of a useful article is hugely valuable. If you can then place your articles on relevant distribution sites, those that pick up and republish your articles will be placing highly valuable links upon their sites that point back to yours. These back links are very powerful – especially if those that republish your pieces have high page rank and are within your niche.

Continued outreach is very important, even after achieving these initial milestones. Continue to update your pages and seek out relevant posting venues as well. Continued efforts to find other relevant sites will be rewarded.

When people are looking for a way to start up a home based business of their own, one of the most talked about ways of doing just that is to join an MLM or network marketing program. Back in the 50s, when this kind of business was introduced, they were mostly called “multi level marketing” opportunities. Whatever name you call them by, these business opportunities offer an excellent potential income while not costing very much to get started.

The reality is that each and every MLM company has virtually the same message about how you can build a successful home business and earn excellent income by becoming an independent distributor for them. Granted, each company has different compensation plans that have their own strengths and weaknesses, but the overall concept is exactly the same. You build your business by building up your own group of customers and distributors and earning commissions on all of the products or services they purchase.

This type of network or multi-level marketing business can also be considered direct sales, as a distributor for an MLM company is charged with the task of talking to as many people as possible about the company they represent. Most network marketers have two different messages that they share. The first message is often about the money making opportunity with the business, which allows a distributor to earn commissions on products that their customers buy. In addition, because of the “multi-level” aspect of such businesses, you can earn commissions on additional customers that are brought into the company by distributors you recruit.

The next thing that distributors with a network marketing company will talk about is the various products or services that are offered by the company. For the most part, MLMs are known for bringing many fine products to the marketplace that are quite unique and usually have no competition. One of the responsibilities of an MLM distributor is helping people understand the unique features and benefits of the product line.

It has been proven time and time again over the years that many network or multi level marketing companies have truly great products that stand out from the rest of the marketplace. Unfortunately, one common mistake new distributors make is focusing all their efforts on recruiting distributors and talking about the business opportunity, instead of really focusing on the strength of the products they have to offer.

When a network marketing distributor sincerely enjoys using the products or services of the company they are associated with, they are able to much more enthusiastic about sharing this with others. They can start building a base of happy and satisfied customers and from that pool they can then find people who are also interested in the MLM network marketing business. Successful network marketers have long known that the secret to success is to focus first on great products, then lead people into the business side of things.

What is network marketing? Is network marketing hard? Find out at Facts to Go.

Prospecting leads is a skill that takes time to develop and is necessary for success in marketing. The only way to become good at this skill is to constantly practice it and improve it. I’ve been studying different materials for over 7 months now, and I’ve learned some great stuff from people like Mark Weiser, Mike Dillard, and Jeffery Combs. I’m going to share some of the tips I’ve learned from listening to these audio cds over the past 4 months.

What I’m going to teach you in this post has lead me recently to the top 9 marketers in my marketing system because I was able to get on the phone. The concepts that I learned helped me to get 5 new team members in a less than 2 days. I want to share this with you so you too can gain confidence on the phone and build your team successfully.

The first step is actually picking up the phone and connecting with your leads. This will become easier when you realize what’s really happening. You don’t have to make phone calls, you simply have to create conversations with people who want to connect with you. You’re not really getting on the phone and pushing products to people, but rather creating a personal connection with your lead and deciding if they’re someone who is right for you team or product through a series of questions. Then simply getting them to realize on their own that they want what you have to offer.

There is truly only 2 things in this business that makes us money; getting people to join our business or making sales of products. Prospecting your leads is the quickest way to make those happen. You have to grow to enjoy being on the phone as part of your daily routine, and also recognize that if you’re using attraction marketing then your leads will be happy to talk with you on the phone. If you actually pick up the phone and call your leads, you’ll have a better chance of success than 95% of the other marketers out there who are afraid to pick up the phone.

Knowing how important calling your leads will be to the success of your business, I’m sure you’re going to want these prospecting tips I’m going to share with you. As I may have mentioned, I’ve learned quite a bit while listening to various audio trainings over the past few months. However, today I’m going to share with you some of the best tips that I’ve learned and put into practice that have achieved me some phenomenal results over the past few weeks.

At the very beginning of the call you want to tell your lead why you’re calling and end the opening statement in question form. You might say something like I’m calling you because you’ve subscribed to my newsletter to learn more about marketing, is that right? If they say yes, you move into rapport building. You want to get to know about them personally to build some connections with them. Once you’ve learned a little about them, lead into finding out the reason why they’re looking for your product or services benefits.

A great closer has truly mastered the art of asking questions that lead to results. Those results are either going to be getting off the phone with your prospect and not wasting time, or moving closer to closing the sale. The questions that you ask are only going to continue to qualify your prospect for your time and ultimately for the product or service that you’re offering. When asking questions it is best to strike their emotions as only 15% of people buy based off of logic and the other 85% buy based off of emotions.

Now on to the biggest “Ah-Ha” moment I had about 10 days ago. Make sure that when you’re prospecting your leads that you weed out any and all objections early on in the conversation so that they don’t have any objections at the end of the conversation so you can more easily close the sale. What I mean by this is ask early on in the conversation a question like, “if this were the perfect solution to your problem, do you have the money set aside to purchase this product?” Use this same concept with other objections like time, and seeing if they’re the only person required to make the decision about spending money or starting a business. If they say they don’t have the money, time, or whatever you then ask how they feel about that situation and if they can do something to change that. They’ll either offer a solution, or tell you they can’t make it happen, in which case you schedule follow-up or let them go.

Remember that when you spend time on the phone with people you want to minimize the amount of time you spend with people that don’t deserve it. A master closer doesn’t close every sale, they simply don’t waste time on the phone when they could be producing in other areas to generate more leads and more future phone conversations. Never ever get emotionally attached to any of your leads. Begin to say whatever you feel emotionally rather than what you think is the right thing to say. People connect better with someone who’s open to being connected with emotionally. Master the ability to connect emotionally, and you’ll become the master closer that you need to be to reach the top of your company or system.

If you are ready to begin perfecting the art of prospecting leads you’ll need expert marketer Jordan Schultz to help you set up your own attraction marketing blueprint now.

When you take the step towards being the captain of your own destiny it is nice to have a little security. Becoming a member of a mlm company can be an excited and rewarding experience. Before you quit your day job though, there are 4 things you must know about different types of network marketing compensation plans.

From organization to organization compensation packages tend to vary. This makes a company by company comparison difficult if not impossible. There are however, several basic tenets of most network marketing compensation packages that can make the necessary considerations you must make clear.

First, if you want to make big money, sometimes you are going to have to be willing to put your neck out there. This can seen best with the Binary Network Marketing Compensation package. This package has a high return, but the stakes are equally high.

The package is designed with two branches, both of which must thrive in order to maximize earnings. If one branch is failing, even if one is active and healthy, profits go down. In fact you will continue to lose a percent of your commissions or earnings until both branches are successful. When they are, however, the money keeps flowing.

There are other commonly used plans such as the Stair Step Compensation Plan and The Matrix Plan. The Stair step compensation plan offers rewards for higher volume. Each level or step represents a promotion for obtaining a greater number. The Matrix Plan is a limited width plan that limits the volume of people on each level. The more levels obtained, the greater the compensation will be. There are vast differences between plans, and you should invest time in researching these differences before committing.

Second, less risk will give you more comfort, but the possibility of getting stagnated in business is very high. For instance, while the Uni-level Network Marketing Compensation poses no risk, it also involves far less in gains. You will continue to earn a standard payout once you have sold the agreed minimum. This means that there is more assurance in what you will be making, but you can also be assured that it will be less than those willing to foot the risk of other more driven packages.

The third important point is to remember to factor in the things that are not covered when working for a mlm company. You will have to pay for your own health coverage, dental coverage and vision. Any life insurance will come from your own pocket and if you plan on making a long term commitment, you should plan on saving for your retirement during the duration. Getting a clear view of the larger picture will help you choose a payment option that fits your overall needs, rather than sounding good in the short term.

The fourth and final thing to consider when choosing your network marketing package is the security of your business. How long will the product being marketed be popular? Does it have a lasting appeal or will it start big and taper in a few years. These can have a definite effect on the nature of the package that you choose. Investing time to research before simply signing up, can mean the difference between success and huge losses in time and potential earnings.

Learn how network marketing opportunities work by heading online. With the right network marketing you can see more business. Head online to find the best choice today.

Naturally some people seem much more cut out to earn a living from direct sales than others. Despite the many advantages starting up a career in direct sales offers you should do a little soul searching before jumping into it. Specifically, you’ll need to ask yourself the following:

1) Do you like to sell stuff, especially in a home party setting? If so this will enable you to network with old friends as well as make a lot of new ones too. But not everyone enjoys making cold calls and interacting with others in a sales capacity.

2) Figure out whether or not money motivates you because finding new customers at first isn’t going to be easy for you and to get you through these lean times you are really going to have to be motivated to do so.

3) Find out if you like to have people working under you because you can increase your income by recruiting more people to work under you as a direct sales consultant. This will give you commissions even if the people under you make a sale.

4) Do you think you will like marketing your business as well as the products you will be representing? This means blogging, building an opt-in list, posting free classified ads or anything else you will need to do to get the word out about your business.

5) How proficient are you at bookkeeping and keeping track of orders? The more organized you are at this the more money you will make.

6) Are you the type of person that sees the glass as half empty or half full? Don’t kid yourself earning money in direct sales isn’t always going to be a cake walk so keeping a positive mindset is something you will always want to work on.

7) Are you a good communicator? If not you may find it very hard to earn a living working in direct sales because in order to build a thriving business you are going to have to become a master communicator. because you’ll need to communicate effectively with your customers, down line members as well as your up line members too.

If you are confident of the above, then direct sales business will be a good option for you.
